A visionary teenage girl, Kashvi Jindal who is doing tremendous work at such a young age. At the age of 17, she is a student, an entrepreneur and a socialist.

Her inspiring journey breaks societal norms, as she stands out among her peers, defying expectations and blazing her own trail. While her peers discussed trivial matters, she fearlessly navigated the world of business. It is her unwavering dedication and interest in the financial world that made her a source of inspiration in her teenage years.

As the founder of ‘Invest the Change’, a platform dedicated to equipping underprivileged individuals with financial literacy, Kashvi Jindal is empowering blue-collar job workers by bridging the gap between welfare programs and employment, driving India’s economic growth with compassion. In a world hungry for change, this passionate teenage entrepreneur and socialist lights the way, inspiring others to pursue their dreams while working towards a fairer, more just society.

Kashvi’s passion for business was nurtured by her father, a seasoned hedge fund owner with 15 years of experience, who instilled in her a deep interest in the world of business through their regular dinner discussions. His guidance and mentorship have shaped her entrepreneurial journey, paving the way for her remarkable journey in the business realm.

Driven by a profound passion for social work and entrepreneurship, she envisioned a unique blend where she can make an impactful change while embracing business strategies. During covid, she increased her knowledge about crypto and other financial instruments available for the welfare of the financially underprivileged.

The incidents in her surroundings, where her house-help lost his life while struggling with the financial constraints, made her realize the unawareness prevailing in the blue-collar workers and propelled her to embrace a path where she strives to have genuine influence and improve the lives of blue-collar employees through her steadfast efforts.

Kashvi’s project has marked an important milestone by enrolling over 3000 domestic workers, drivers etc and easing their access to the benefits provided by government schemes/programs, as well as by assisting them in receiving benefits worth Rs. 20 Cr till now.
