Born into the embrace of the state's fertile soil, she carries the legacy of her farmer father Narayanappa. H. and her homemaker mother Lokamma. Married to the distinguished Mr. Hanumantharaya D, a reputed and prominent High Court Advocate from Gujjunadu Village in Pavagad and blessed with two beautiful daughters, Sai Bindu G.H. and Sai Kruthi G.H., Dr. Saisuman N embarked on her academic journey with zeal. She achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Electronics and Communication from the esteemed Viswesvaraya Technological University and Bachelor of Law from Karnataka State Law University, a testament to her dedication to knowledge. However, her aspirations extended far beyond personal success.

Dr. Saisuman .N. is a woman that firmly stands by her beliefs, and her admiration for former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda inspired her to take the plunge into politics. She joined Janata Dal (Secular) with the unwavering support of her husband, Hanumantharaya .D, who played a pivotal role in her political journey. Dr. Saisuman .N. started her political career at the grassroots level in Pavagada in Tumkur, and her outstanding commitment to serving the people did not go unnoticed. Her exceptional skills in mobilizing people and her unflinching dedication to the party caught the attention of many party leaders. MLC Tippeswamy was the first to recognize her potential and encouraged her to engage more with party work. Later, during the Pancharatna and Janata Jaladhare Yatras, former Chief Minister H.D. She always prioritizes humanitarian and moral values and quickly responds to the suffering of others, starting with the devastating floods in Uttara Karnataka and then Kodagu, she showed immense compassion and dedication to helping those in need.

Through her compassionate efforts, she has provided crucial financial assistance for the education of underprivileged students. She has gone above and beyond by distributing free books and bags to students.

Once, a pregnant cow had fallen into a deep well and was unable to rescue herself. However, the compassionate Dr. Saisuman and her team arrived at the scene and successfully rescued the cow, relieving the animal from its pain and suffering. The cow was provided with proper medical care and nine days later, it gave birth to a healthy calf, which brought joy to the villagers. Dr. Saisuman and her team's compassionate efforts not only saved the cow's life but also inspired the villagers. Their heroic actions demonstrated the power of kindness and dedication to saving lives, reminding us that we can all make a positive difference in the world. In recognition of their efforts, Dr. Saisuman and her team were felicitated and honored, serving as an inspiration for us all to be more compassionate and caring towards others, whether human or animal.

In another incident, a woman named Manjula met with a grave head injury in an unfortunate accident. She was rescued by the locals who lifted her and called Dr. Saisuman N, who realized the severity of the injury and immediately contacted a well-known hospital to arrange for her treatment. After a month, the doctors deemed Manjula fit to be discharged, and her family arrived to take her back home. However, they were facing severe financial constraints and were unable to pay the outstanding hospital bill. Dr. Saisuman N came forward to help the family by paying off the outstanding balance. She understood the financial difficulties that the family was facing, and didn't want them to worry about the hospital bill during a time of distress. Thanks to Dr. Saisuman's help, Manjula was able to return to her family without any financial burden.

Their philanthropic efforts extend beyond their community, restoring temples to their former glory and donating there, hospitals, and charitable trusts that benefit society at large. They firmly believe that contributing to the betterment of society is essential in creating a harmonious world. Her selflessness has also led them to assist economically backward women, offer financial aid to poor associations and organizations in Pavagada, and visit orphanages and old age homes to provide comfort and support. Not stopping there, she has even helped those who have lost their homes in accidental fires to get back on their feet and provided hope to patients who were struggling with their health due to financial struggles. In times of crisis, Dr. Saisuman N continues to make a difference. She has played a vital role in saving the lives of COVID-19 patients by donating oximeters to the government hospital in Pavagada. She has also provided financial assistance to distribute food kits to starving poor people during the pandemic.
