Good father invests in his children's education. Honesty made Mr. Bhaskar’s father stay in a middle-income group but with great difficulty, the father educated all his four children, two daughters as Doctors and two sons as Engineers. Mr. Bhaskar though born in Ranebennur his Father's PWD transferable job made him complete his primary education in different towns of Karnataka. Always on burning heals young Bhaskar finally decided to complete his higher schooling in Sainik  School, Bijapur, where discipline was instilled, and completed Engineering in Architecture in 1993 at BMS College, Bangalore fulfilling his father's dreams. Mr. Bhaskar is an inspirational proof for 'I have learned in Kannada, but learning in English is easy too’. Though three of the siblings settled in the USA, Mr. Bhaskar’s love for the country made him stay in India.

With a B.Arch degree young and enthusiast Mr. Bhaskar in 1993 started a Designer Consultancy Firm in Bangalore and successfully managed till 2003. Using adept experience as a launchpad with a single-minded vision he started a new lawful project M/s. Habitat Ventures.
