Icons of Indian Business, India’s leading business magazine, has been constantly hosting an event every month to award the achievements of promising entrepreneurs while inviting various business leaders to share their experiences with the awardees. The event held at the Indian Institute of World Culture on the 13^th of November 2022 concluded successfully.

Industry Excellence & Leadership Awards 2022, organized by IIB witnessed various prominent personalities like Mr. Bhasker Rao IPS (Ex. ADGP, Railways Force, AAP Leader), (Mr. T. K Thimmaraja Setty President, Surabhi Souharda Credit Co-operative Ltd), Dr. M.R Venkatesh (President, Sri Thyagaraja Co-operative Bank Ltd, Vice-Chairman,  BMTC  Bangalore), Dr. V.G. Kiran Kumar (Director, Vishal Infrastructure Ltd Chairman, CSR- FKCCI, Lt Governor Rotary Dist 3190), Mr. K V Shankar (Senior JDS Leader, Bangalore), Mr. Shivanand Thagadur( President, Karnataka Working Journalist Association, Bangalore), Mr. Sridhar (President, Press Club of Bangalore), Mr. Shashidhar Kote (Actor, Music Director & Familiar Playback Singer), Ln. As per Hindu traditions, the lamp was lit and the event kicked off with renowned singer Mohan Krishna's soothing songs that created a  pleasant environment for the rest of the event, followed by powerful speeches by the guests, and awards were conferred to the deserving candidates.

Mr. Bhasker Rao IPS (Ex. ADGP, Railways Force, AAP Leader) spoke about the responsibilities of an entrepreneur.

Mr. T. K Thimmaraja Setty (President, Surabhi Souharda Credit Co-operative Ltd) spoke about fund management, and smart investments.

Dr. M.R Venkatesh, (President, Sri Thyagaraja Co-operative Bank Ltd, Vice-Chairman,  BMTC  Bangalore) addressed the cooperative moment in the nation.
