At just 27 years old, Nithin Manjappa has already made significant strides in the worlds of products sale thrugh corporate bussiness sector  and IT Sector and entrepreneurship. Born in Shimogga and having moved to Bangalore two decades ago, Nithin Manjappa’s journey from a young student to a successful business leader is both inspiring and insightful.

 

Nithin Manjappa’s educational background includes a diploma in Electronics and Communications from Sri Jayachamarajendra Wodeyar Polytechnic College. His initial foray into the professional world was marked by roles in IT and product sales within the healthcare and agriculture sectors. This diverse experience laid a solid foundation for his future endeavors.

 

The shift from a technical recruiting to Product training and sales background was not a straightforward path for Nithin Manjappa. While pursuing his diploma, he worked in product sales, which eventually led to challenges in delivery and fulfillment. A pivotal moment came when he joined Tellus Solutions through a friend’s recommendation. Starting as an executive, his exceptional performance quickly propelled him to team lead and then to an account manager role at Marlabs Innovations. This trajectory in the corporate world provided him with critical insights into both client needs and candidate capabilities. 

Driven by a desire to address gaps he saw in the direct sales industry, Nithin Manjappa launched his own venture, Maniraya Marketing. This move was motivated by his recognition of the lack of respect and financial security in direct sales roles. His new business model focused on providing comprehensive training to employees, embodying the principle of "learning while earning." This approach not only filled a market void but also aligned with his vision of integrating education with employment opportunities.

 

Nithin Manjappa’s educational background in Electronics and Communications, although distinct from recruiting, has been instrumental in shaping his approach. The transition from a technical field to Sales required significant adjustment, and he embraced this challenge by attending additional seminars and courses outside of his formal education. Outside of his professional achievements, Nithin Manjappa is a well-rounded individual with a variety of interests. He enjoys singing, playing cricket, and writing songs, which help him maintain a balanced and inspired life.
