Born and raised in Tumkur, Sharanya's journey has been shaped by her family’s dedication to public service. Her father, Rajgopal SC, serves as an Assistant Executive Engineer in the Public Works Department, while her mother, Rajarajeshwari Bv, is an Administrative Officer in the Karnataka Rural Infrastructure Development Limited (KRIDL). Sharanya's sibling, Sahitya, is currently pursuing the 12th grade, continuing the family's educational legacy.

Early Education and Academic Pursuits

Sharanya's educational journey began at Chirag Public School in Madhugiri, where she cultivated a love for learning. Her academic prowess led her to Presidency College, where she completed her Pre-University Course (PUC) with distinction. Her passion for science and healthcare propelled her towards a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (BSc MLT), followed by a Master of Science in Pathology from Sridevi Medical College in Tumkur.

During her academic tenure, Sharanya developed a keen interest in diagnostics and the role it plays in patient care. This interest was further fueled by her hands-on experience during her six-month tenure at a government hospital after completing her master’s degree. It was here that she witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by healthcare providers in remote areas and the critical need for accessible diagnostic services. 

 RG Diagnostics: A Vision Realized  

Recognizing the gaps in healthcare services, Sharanya took a bold step in establishing RG Diagnostics, her own laboratory. This venture was not just a business endeavour; it was a response to a pressing need for comprehensive diagnostic services in her community. RG Diagnostics offers a wide range of testing services, including blood tests, microbiological assessments, and biochemical analyses.

Sharanya’s vision extends beyond merely providing diagnostic services. She aims to expand RG Diagnostics to serve remote areas, ensuring that quality healthcare is accessible to everyone, regardless of their geographical location. Her commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery is driven by the belief that timely and accurate diagnostics can significantly improve patient outcomes.

In addition to her work in diagnostics, Sharanya is passionate about education. She conducts coaching classes for Medical Coding, Hospital Management, and Financial Development, helping individuals equip themselves with the skills necessary to thrive in the healthcare industry. Recognizing the rapid advancements in medical technology and management, Sharanya focuses on providing her students with practical knowledge that meets current industry demands.

Her coaching classes not only empower students but also contribute to the overall development of the healthcare sector in her region. By equipping aspiring healthcare professionals with relevant skills, she is fostering a new generation of workers ready to tackle the challenges in the industry.

Moreover, Sharanya's dual role as a business owner and educator requires a delicate balance of time and energy. Nevertheless, her commitment to both ventures has only strengthened her resolve to make a difference. She often reflects on the satisfaction derived from helping others, whether through her diagnostic services or her coaching classes.
