Susheela K R has an IT background, though she came into the education field because she thought“ education is service, not business.

Susheela hails from a rural background. She was born in the village Konambi, chickmanglore district. Father Ramaiah and mother Lalithamma. She is the youngest among the 6 siblings. Father Ramaiah was hardworker , he started agriculture and he became richest (millionier) man in the district. Mother was soft and ish her daughter should hold the highest post.

Got married to Dr. Laxmikanth and moved to Tamilnadu. She worked in INFO-DRIVE Software Ltd, Coimbatore. After 4 years family shifted to Karnataka.
She has two children Akshaykanth, Software Engineer and Abhaykanth (CA) Assistant Manager at IDBI Bank.
Susheela worked in various schools and places, North, South, East, West and Middle Karnataka as a teacher, Coordinator Vice-principal and Principal, For 15 years she has worked as a principal in ICSE, CBSE and State board. Held all the responsibilities like Observer(CBSE), DC(Evaluator for Karnataka state board), and exam convener (ICSE) centre superident(CBSE).Taught the classes from KG to PG in her career.

She solved and faced a lot of challenges in her career and in her life. but she never compromised on the quality of her education. Ready to accept any challenges.
