C&M Architerio was founded by husband and wife, Chiranjeevi and Madhuri. Both of them share equal credit when it comes to the success of C&M Architerio.

Madhuri, a master's degree holder in interior design, initially pursued engineering in electronics and instrumentation. However, her true calling lay in the world of design. During her engineering studies, she delved into the realm of interior design through a diploma course. This newfound passion led her to specialize in the intricate art of interior design.

Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi, a mechanical engineer, was drawn to the captivating field of aerospace interior designing. Working on private jets and planes, he explored the realms of luxury and aesthetics within a confined space.

In 2020, the COVID-19 lockdown forced Chiranjeevi and Madhuri to return to their hometown of Tumkur. During this time, they saw an opportunity to embark on a joint venture. With Chiranjeevi’s expertise in aerospace interior designing and Madhuri's proficiency in interior design, the couple decided to establish their interior design firm, C&M Architerio.

Before the official formation of their company in 2020, Madhuri had been working as a freelancer, taking on projects and collaborating with factories for production. Madhuri also gained experience working as an intern under an architect and in a factory-based interior designing firm. She had honed her skills in modular interior design, understanding the difference between carpentry work and modular designs.

Starting their own business had its fair share of challenges. Chiranjeevi had to adapt his skills from aerospace to residential interior design. Madhuri, despite her project management experience, found the financial aspect demanding. One of their primary difficulties was sourcing clients; some would take their designs and seek cheaper alternatives elsewhere. The lack of recognition for the originality and creativity of their designs posed a challenge.

Undeterred, both of them pushed forward, working with a team of contractors to execute their designs. They became a turnkey firm, providing end-to-end solutions for their clients. This allowed them to ensure that the attention to detail they put into their designs seamlessly translated into the execution phase. Turnover varies depending on the projects they take, but on average they manage four to five projects each month. They also rely on their Instagram page and client referrals to connect with potential clients.

Their perseverance and dedication led them to expand their services beyond interior design. Recently they have ventured into construction, offering turnkey projects encompassing planning, elevation, and 3D models. Their first construction project, currently underway, marks a significant milestone for C&M Architerio.

Reflecting on their journey, Chiranjeevi and Madhuri acknowledged the support they received from their families. Both sets of parents had encouraged and believed in their decision to pursue their dreams, offering valuable moral support along the way. Their unwavering commitment to their vision, combined with their shared responsibilities and mutual dedication, propelled their business forward.

They recently embarked on their first turnkey construction project, expanding their business further.
