Ganga Raju G hails from a humble middle-class family in the village of Gurrampalli, in Chintamani. Born to a farmer, he was familiar with the daily struggles and hard work that defined rural life. Despite limited resources, he dreamed of achieving something greater. He pursued his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology , completing his education in 2014. Even as a young man, he had a vision that went beyond just securing a job. He aspired to create jobs for others, which has been the major driving force for his entrepreneurial spirit.

The First Steps

After completing his education, Ganga Raju G started working as an engineer at a construction company. But the one year he spent there only fueled his desire to venture out on his own. He declined a promising job offer, choosing instead to chart his own course. He was determined to be an entrepreneur and provide employment opportunities to many. Like many new entrepreneurs, his early days were filled with struggle. He faced financial challenges, a lack of support, and the daunting task of establishing credibility in a highly competitive industry.

In 2017, Gangaraju G married V Yamuna, who has been a constant source of strength and support throughout his journey. She is a partner in life and also the main pillar of his success, standing by him through every challenge and triumph. Her unwavering belief in his vision and dedication has played a significant role in helping him achieve his dreams and build a better future for many.

Founding Designglore Infrastructure Private Limited

Despite these initial challenges, Ganga Raju G took a daring step and founded his first construction company, Designglore Infrastructure Private Limited. His company quickly made a mark in the industry by offering construction services to high-profile clients such as Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), the Railway Department, and various Police Departments. His projects spanned residential and commercial construction, solidifying his company’s reputation as a reliable and versatile service provider.

Expanding Footprint

Designglore Infrastructure soon expanded its operations beyond local projects. In Bangalore, Ganga Raju’s company offers construction services to politicians, film celebrities, and notable individuals, including architectural services. Not limiting himself to a single venture, he also entered into a partnership to start a UPVC window manufacturing business, thereby diversifying his portfolio.

A New Chapter

The year 2023 marked a significant turning point in Ganga Raju’s journey. Along with partners Srini Reddy and Vasudev Reddy, he co-founded Nandan Constructions. Under this new association, they started projects across India, including places such as Kashmir and, Jharkhand among others.  He then began constructing buildings for several multinational companies. Nandan Constructions soon expanded into a group, comprising Nandan Enterprises and Nandan Group of Companies, offering a wide range of services including construction, architecture, real estate, interior design, town planning, road works, and government construction projects.

Diversification and Growth

Ganga Raju’s vision for his companies goes beyond the conventional. His firms have constructed over 300 villas and multiple commercial spaces, and they have even undertaken large-scale projects such as sewage treatment plants for government bodies. Currently, Nandan Constructions is actively offering services in key cities like Tirupati, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, catering to both private and government clients.

Future Plans

Looking ahead, Ganga Raju G has ambitious plans for his companies. He aims to create an all-encompassing construction hub where everything required for a project—from the smallest brick to the most sophisticated interior finishing—will be available in-house. This vision reflects his desire to provide a seamless and integrated service to clients, cutting out middlemen and enhancing efficiency.
