In the first two hours after it opened, Go Fashion's initial public offering (IPO) was fully subscribed. In the previous few days, the grey market premium has more than quadrupled to 555 per share, relative to the IPO price range of 655-790. The euphoria surrounding Go Fashion's IPO can be seen in its peer stocks, such as TCNS Apparel, which is up 8% today and 10% in the last five days. Under the brand 'Go Colors,' Go Fashion is implicated in the formation, design, sourcing, marketing, and retailing of a variety of women's bottom-wear goods.

W, Aurelia, and Wishful W are three primary brands that TCNS offers for women's tops, bottoms, drapes, combination sets, and accessories.Analysts, on the other hand, are optimistic about Go Fashion's future. In a report, Anand Rathi stated, "It has functioned as a "category creator" for bottom-wear and has leveraged its first-mover advantage to develop a direct-to-consumer brand with a broad and differentiated selection of luxury items at competitive pricing, ranging from Rs225 to Rs1,599."

According to Reliance Securities, women's bottom-wear is the fastest-growing area in the women's apparel market, with sales estimated to reach 243 billion by FY25, up from 135 billion in FY20. When compared to Go Fashion, TCNS generates 2.5 times the income. Both firms lost money last year as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic-related shutdowns.

"Go Colors has a great brand value but has variable sales and the company moved into losses in FY21," according to the Swastika research, "but since the number of working women is expanding together with the shifting fashion trend, the company is predicted to have significant growth momentum."
Go Fashion's successful and scalable exclusive brand outlet (EBO) model is yet another intriguing element of the firm. In FY21, Go Colors had one of the greatest EBO sales per sq. ft. among major women's fashion firms.

For those who are interested in applying, here are some specifics about the Go Fashion IPO:
While Go Fashion is following the industry pattern of declaring losses in FY21 due to a negative impact on sales operations, analysts believe the women's apparel area has significant growth potential due to the growing female workforce.

The company has received a subscribe rating from brokerage companies due to Go Fashion's potential expansion aspirations and strong market position in branded women's bottom wear.
