His father was a man of integrity and discipline, and when a young Naveen had once asked for something, he stated, ‘You get what you work for, not what you wish for’.

Naveen carried those words in his mind and heart and initiated his entrepreneurship journey during his high school days, attempting several ideas with minimal success. He carried the qualities of hard work, determination, and resilience into his employment in the automobile industry, where he established himself as a dependent and efficient employee. The year 2017 witnessed the construction of NR Paradise in Marathalli, and Naveen’s father involved him in the project, resulting in its resounding success.

This incident inspired Naveen to establish NR Group of Construction in 2017 in Bangalore to provide the perfect house for the perfect family. NR Group of Construction provides end-to-end services, which begin with the customer discussing their preferences with the team. The ideas are transformed into 2D/3D designs, which provide an excellent idea of the final product. Once the necessary changes are implemented, the design is finalized and the NR Group of Construction team begins working on the project. Each step in the project is a calculated move towards completing it with precision and perfection.

NR Group of Construction is unmatched in its industry, thanks to its unique kitchen module, designed and installed by its partner. This kitchen module is expertly crafted to eliminate dust and clogs with a simple wash, making it the best option for the occupants. This innovative approach has brought NR Group of Construction unparalleled success, and it is implemented in every project they undertake. Naveen's leadership has taken the company to new heights, completing numerous projects in and around Bangalore, including three projects in Chandapura and one in Bellandur. NR Group of Construction has also achieved excellence with a residential project in Udupi and Hiriyur, where it established a highly successful homestay project.

Naveen serves as an inspiration, as he has not only excelled in his professional life but has also taken a step forward to make a difference in society. With the establishment of his NGO, the NR Foundation, in November of 2023, he has devoted himself to helping those in need. Naveen serves free meals to kids, the elderly, and destitute individuals at least twice a week, spreading love and care to those who need it the most. The foundation champions the cause of ensuring that orphaned and underprivileged children receive basic amenities and support at least 26 of them each month. With his energizing and refreshing speeches as a motivational speaker, Naveen also motivates everyone around him to strive for a better tomorrow. His selfless acts of kindness are truly remarkable, and we could all learn a thing or two from him.

The NR Group of Ventures was established by Naveen as a platform for him to pursue his passion for venture capitalism, under which NRize Events invests in fashion shows and provides exposure to upcoming and amateur designers. The group has already hosted two successful shows, with plans for a more comprehensive one featuring models of different shapes, sizes, and colors, showcasing a variety of dresses such as Ethnic, Indo-Western, and Casual. The aim is to promote body positivity and highlight the diverse forms of beauty that each model embodies.

Meanwhile, the NR Group of Construction aims to expand its reach across Karnataka and eventually across India, with a unique concept of building "sustainable homes." The group's goal is to merge traditional Indian architecture with modern technologies. The group has already started by using red oxide for flooring, which makes the interiors less humid, easier to maintain, and improves over time. The group also aims to revive the ancient Indian treatise of Vaastu Shastra, which focuses on constructing residences that ensure a stable and secure life for residents.
