At the helm of Innotech Engineering Consult Private Limited is Mr. H. P. Yogesh, the company's Founder and Director, based in Bangalore, India.Born with humble background in Hunsur, Mysuru district, Mr Yogesh showed positive inclination towards studies in his early schooling days which reflected in his academics. This continued and carried through high school until college.His innovative thinking to integrate software i.e., creating spreadsheet to design the retaining wall in his undergraduate days was ahead of its time.

With a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Mysore (1998) stood 5^th place to the collage and a postgraduate degree in structures from SJCE, Mysore, Mr. Yogesh started his professional practice in 2001 in Bangalore. The IT Boom at the same time led to more diverse & challenging opportunities such as design of retail malls(non-existent in bangalore), Star Hotels, Multi speciality hospitals, huge office spaces in SEZ’s and high-rise residential structure in his early part of the career in Potential Services consultant.

His decade-long tenure as the Associate Director (Designs) at Potential Service Consultants Pvt. Ltd., where he garnered invaluable experience, showcased exemplary leadership, and earned the prestigious distinction of “BEST STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER” for three consecutive years.Due to his exemplary leadership skills,organized working, and ability to manage and deliver multiple projects consistently he was able to retain and attract new clientele which boosted the company’s image, market value and brought in additional revenue.

With his tenacity, experience, leadership qualities and dedication, Mr. Yogesh started his own firm “Innotech engineering consult pvt ltd” in 2010.

He has been instrumental in transforming many architectural thoughts to reality by forging collaborations with renowned international architects such as HOK, RSP, SOM, WATG, WOW, HADI TEHRANI, Andy Fischer Workshop, and many others., Embassy Lake terraces project gave the opportunity to Mr. yogesh to showcase that a world class structure with complex architecture can be delivered in our country locally. The prestigious ACI excellence was awarded 1st place for Outstanding concrete high-rise structure in 2017, USA.
