Subsequently, it was converted into a private limited company in 2013. The company is based at Koppal, Karnataka. It is involved in the electrical contract business and solar power generation. The company also has a solar power plant with an installed capacity of 3.3 MW with PPA with BESCOM for 25 years.

Mr VR Patil, the founder of the company established the Ms/ VR Patil  as an Electrical Contractor in the year 1985 and was registered as a Civil Contractor in the year 2000 and the same was merged into a new firm M/s VR PATIL AND ASSOCIATES on 19 February 2009 as per the partnership Act to expand business activities.

They are engaged in executing turnkey key electrical engineering contract works for KPCL, KPTCL, GESCOM, BESCOM, HESCOM and for private firms like Cement Plants, Steel Plants, Sugar plants and many other private production units. In the year 2013 the company VR Patil VividhVidyuthNirman Pvt. Ltd was incorporated taking over the then existing M/s VR PATIL AND ASSOCIATES. The company has been growing ever since its incorporation. The corporate office is situated in Munirabad, Koppal District, Karnataka.

They have a skilled team of technicians comprising of 12 Engineers, 40 ITI Electricians to carry out the works throughout Karnataka. VVVNPL has carried out plenty of electrical line & substation works (220 KV, 110 KV, 66 KV, 33 KV & 11 KV ) along with the maintenance works of 220/110/11 KV substations. They also provide manpower like engineers & technicians to various KPTCL substations on contract basis. Their own team of technicians execute the civil/electrical works which also includes total lighting works of residence, Installation of diesel generators and maintenance until the warranty period.

Today, VR Patil VividhVidyuthNirman Pvt. Ltd.  has evolved as one of the leading electrical contractors in North Karnataka and in Jan '2016 the company ventured out into the renewable energy market as " Kiran Solar", a solar EPC solution provider for roof top and ground mounted solar PV plants.

They have completed numerous projects under transmission, electrical projects, over 26 electrical sub-station and various National Highway civil projects in and around Koppal District.

 

Sri V.R.Patil and Sri S.R.Patil in fond memory of their mother Late Smt. Sharada Patil established Sri Sharada International School in the year 2019, an innovative school in Koppal, North Karnataka.

From the beginning, the founders were clear on their uncompromised attitude towards providing only the best and safest state-of-the-art learning environment to the students of the region. Being a rural establishment, it overcame all the challenges of setting up a magnificent infrastructure and drawing in qualified and experienced faculty and management. Today, the school has not only endured it all with brilliant grace, but has also managed to make a significant progress in all its horizons. With a belief that every child deserves to be recognized and given a platform to showcase their talents, SSIS is proving to be a pioneer in the region in seizing the opportunity.

It was only a couple of years back, that the HK Region witnessed a bloom in educational institutes. And even then, there was a dearth of available good-quality schools with ambient facilities, as compared to some of the leading institutes from bigger cities. Uncontended students had to migrate to larger cities in search of a worthy school. Thus began the idea of SSIS.

With a quest to bring top-notch facilities beyond the imagination of students and delivering world class exposure to their vicinity, the first stone of foundation was laid on the event of Dusshera, on 19th October, 2018.
