Ieeja Vijaya Kowshik’s distinguished career is a testament to his strong technical foundation and unwavering commitment to education. With a B.Tech from CMR University and an M.Tech from JNTU Kakinada, Vijaya has garnered nearly 13 years of valuable experience. His professional journey began with Crompton Greaves, after which he founded Konfido Education, dedicating a decade to guiding students towards academic and professional success. Driven by a noble desire to empower individuals with the skills necessary for meaningful employment, Vijaya transitioned into technical training, ultimately co-founding Skillz Tech Innovations LLP with Miss Kavitha Varthya in February 2024.

Vijaya’s esteemed family heritage is deeply rooted in the revered Madhwa tradition, with his lineage tracing back to the illustrious Shree Shree VYASATTWAJNA Teertharu, a renowned scholar of the 18th century in the Gadwal kingdom. His upbringing, steeped in Brahmin Hindu values, has greatly influenced his corporate vision and ambition to serve society. His father, Shri.Ieji Vishnu Teertha, and mother, Smt.I  SRINIDHI, have been his unwavering pillars of support throughout his journey.

Over the past decade, Kavitha and Vijaya have worked in close partnership to establish an institution dedicated to providing exemplary training. Vijaya’s extensive experience in delivering corporate training for prestigious organizations such as Atos, Capgemini, IBM, and others underscores his expertise and commitment. Their shared venture, Skillz Tech Innovations LLP, stands as a beacon of their dedication to offering affordable, high-quality education and training, ensuring that young professionals are well-equipped to excel in their careers.

 

1.      The inspiration to start Skillz Tech Innovations LLP came from my realization of the gap between academic learning and practical industry skills. Throughout my career, I saw many talented individuals struggling to bridge this gap despite their academic qualifications. I wanted to create a platform that addresses this disconnect by providing targeted, practical training that aligns with industry needs.

Having worked with Konfido Education for a decade, I recognized the importance of skill-based training in preparing professionals for the job market. This experience motivated me to co-found Skillz Tech Innovations LLP with a vision to make high-quality, affordable education accessible to all. Our goal is to empower individuals with the skills and confidence needed to excel in their careers.

Looking ahead, I envision Skillz Tech Innovations LLP becoming a leading name in technical education, known for its impact and excellence. We aim to expand our reach and continuously adapt to industry changes, ensuring that our training remains relevant and valuable for aspiring professionals worldwide.
