International Olympic Committee launches exclusive Olympics WhatsApp Channel for India
The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has kicked off a new Olympics WhatsApp Channel in India ‘Olympic Khel’ to share real-time updates and information with fans ahead of the start of the summer games. People can see exclusive content shared on the Channel including real-time updates, Olympics trivia and behind the scenes content with Indian sports stars and athletes gearing up for the event. 
The only official country-specific Channel by the IOC, Olympic Khel is an easy way for people to get the latest updates from the Olympics, directly on WhatsApp. To follow the channel, simply go to the ‘Updates’ tab on your WhatsApp and search Olympics in the directory.
The Olympic Games are also bringing a new sticker pack on WhatsApp to celebrate the kickoff, so fans around the world can express their excitement for the games. Stickers are one of our most beloved features, and they help people on WhatsApp have a little more fun when talking to their friends and family. To use them, switch your keyboard to the WhatsApp sticker tray, and tap the ‘+’ icon, which will take you to the official sticker library.
