The COVID-19 Pandemic was very promising, as most clients were unable to travel back and the demand for these services had increased. In addition, most day-to-day interactions and transactions were performed online, which gave the company an advantage of expanding its services, being a primary source of contact for the owners and tenants to ensure smooth transactions. Clover’s clientele base only increased in size with each day, due to the efficient and effective services provided under the vision and guidance of Shraddha’s management.

Clover also manages the negotiations between the tenants and the owner in his/her absence, which is a much-needed facility to ensure a hassle-free agreement and smooth cash transaction between both parties. With an increase in the number of clients, she also noticed that most people search for temporary housing arrangements to stay in Mysore for a month or two, and soon Red Clover began providing service apartments, renting them out on a day-to-day basis.
