Mr. Vasudevan is recognized as a Strategic Visionary and Think-Tank Leader with unparalleled work experience in India and Internationally. To name a few, he worked in Pan-India, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Mauritius, and the Rodrigues Islands and managed remote countries like the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Oman, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Mr. Vasudevan has successfully led the expansion of his company over the years and evolved into a proven great proficient in all management aspects. Because of his tenacious devotion and competent leadership, Mr. Vasudevan has successfully handled End-to-End Programme/Project Management worth Millions of Dollars. His most asset is his Work Experience in all Roles in different Industries, and Divisions, both Global and Local. To name just a few, they include projects for the Development of Retail Networks, Green Field Projects, Commercial Buildings, Infrastructure Projects, Residential Buildings, and numerous other similar tasks. He successfully promoted Corporate Growth through strategic initiatives, Transformational Leadership, strengthening Operational capabilities, Project Controls, and the application of best practices. He is also in charge of large-scale Projects from Conceptualization to Operation (End to End).

Mr. Vasudevan is the epitome of a self-made man, in his early life he understood the value of Knowledge, so he took the stand to create a carefully curated curriculum that incorporates a varied range of Educational Qualifications which plays a vital role in standing out from the crowd. When Mr. Vasudevan was young, he was a bright engineer, but he fought against Destiny to pursue his educational goals as his early life was not without its challenges. Additionally, he is certain that his varied education has given him the capacity to think quickly and adapt, both of which are crucial for successfully resolving any issue that may arise in the workplace. Despite the ease with which Mr. Vasudevan accumulated his credentials, it happened over time.

Mr. Vasudevan initially earned a Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1998 but later pursued more education. His first employment began with M/s. Larsen & Toubro, India as an Assistant Surveyor (under a contractor) shortly after receiving his diploma. Leaving his initial career opened the door for Mr. Vasudevan to start working at M/s. Best & Crompton Engineering Limited, India until 2002. Mr. Vasudevan worked for STC Limited, India & MDP Consultants, a Group Company of DHV, Netherlands, from 2003 to 2004 as Assistant Engineer.

For FEW urges to pursue further education never fade. Mr. Vasudevan is one among those FEW. In 2002, he decided to enroll in the “Advanced Diploma in Construction Management”. Education became his passionate mantra. Never he felt the weight of a Career or an Education that was done simultaneously. After completing his Advanced Coursework in 2004, he received the wonderful news of the birth of his first kid and continued his further studies.

In continuation, Mr. Vasudevan joined as an Assistant Engineer with M/s. Shapoorji & Pallonji, India, for about one year and M/s. Allied Builders, Mauritius in 2005-2006 as Project Manager, for about a year.

Mr. Vasudevan chose to add another educational feather to his cap by completing a B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Construction Management).

Mr. Vasudevan's thirst for knowledge was unquenchable; after the birth of his second child, again he decided to enroll in MTech in Civil Engineering (Structures) and completed it in 2013.

The adage "Merit and Fame searches for Visionaries Constantly" applies here. Mr. Vasudevan has gained numerous honors -
