1997 : Formed a Partnership Company Called AMS International in Kolkata as Man aging Partner.

1998 : Joined hands with M/s Parker Hannifin to become its Authorized Distributors for Parker Brand Seals, Seal kits, O-Rings and O-Ring Kits for Eastern & Central India.

1999 : Expanded its business in OEMs, Coal, Cement, Mining and other Government & Private Sectors

2000 : Established its rapid presence & covered market all over India.

2001: Opened Branches in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Dhanbad, Singrauli, & Hazaribagh.

2002-2006 : Entered into Annual Rate Contract with Northern Coalfields Ltd, Singareni Collieries Co.  Ltd, Central Coalfields Ltd.
