“As an architect, you design for the present, with an awareness of the past, for a future which is essentially unknown” are the golden words uttered by Norman Foster, the famous British Architect and designer. Human beings develop the basic desires of owning a house, eating scrumptious meals, and wearing good quality clothes, and as they grow up, these desires evolve with preference for certain variants of these necessities. This evolution also occurs with one’s desire to construct an independent structure to reside in, as that person would have his preferred colours, designs, structure, and architecture type for the dream house.

Raghavendra N and his wife, Jyoti R, a pair of visionary trail-blazers, utilize their keen eye and bright ideas for the crème-de-la- crème of architectural designs and its implementation by providing top-quality architecture and construction services. Raghavendra N pursued his education with zeal and passion, and obtained both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Structural Engineering from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology in Bangalore, from where he also initiated his career as a lecturer, imparting knowledge related to structural engineering.

Raghavendra’s ambition of rising to the top pushed him towards working as a structural and interior design engineer for Saroj Tantry and Associates in Bangalore for 16 years, which developed his experience and business acumen. He, along with his father, also an architect, has handled numerous projects of significant importance like the PCI Laboratory Complex in Bangalore, Mysore’s Karnataka Bank Building, and a Karnataka Bank branch in Ashoknagar, Bangalore.

2016 witnessed Raghavendra and his wife Jyoti R establishing Aditi’s Design Studio, naming it after their daughter, and from there, began providing top-quality architectural services. It orients being a family-run company, as Raghavendra is continuing the legacy established by his father in 1982, which provided him a quick and stable connection with clients. He and his wife have since successfully completed numerous projects, both commercial and residential, due to their keen eye for perfect designs and their implementation. He has also assisted Narayan Tanthry in publishing “54 Home Plans for Prosperity” and “Vaastu Plans for Dream Homes”, incorporating the ancient methods of Vaastu Shaastra.

A key factor that contributes massively to the continual success of Aditi’s Design Studio is the affordable project plans it provides for its clients. Aditi’s Design Studio team gets in touch with the client and discusses their ideas and preferences, followed by its 2D/3D visualisation, where the updated and upgraded changes are implemented. Once finalized, the team initiates the process by exercising care and caution, ensuring each design is implemented with minimal to zero damage. Its experienced and excellent team of carpenters, designers, handymen, and workers of other related services also contribute massively towards the success of each project.

Raghavendra and Jyoti have been blessed since then, as they continue to expand Aditi’s Design Studio around. They have also established Metope Constructions India Pvt. Ltd., a construction company that provides end-to-end solutions and constructs every family’s dream home.
