Today we are going to talk about the journey of Mr. Ashok Danawade Manufacturer and Exporter Trader of Jain Engineers.

Here we will share the story of Mr. Ashok Danawade, he used to belong to a very poor family and now reached on a very good level of business and journey is still continued.

Mr. Ashok Danawade he was working has a labour in the morning and in afternoon he was going to school. After his school life he went to college. But he failed in P.U.C. because of his financial condition he was searching for a job.

His mother’s brother [uncle] was in Pune, working has a engineer.He wrote a letter to his uncle that he could find a job for him in Pune and his uncle told yes to get him a job in Pune.

Finally Mr. Ashok Danawade was set to go to Pune in the year 1976. His mother gave him 16rs for bus fare from nipani to Pune and his uncle gave him 10rs.

In Pune he was working in a workshop has a helper, in the first month his salary was 50rs,after 3months his salary was 125rs.He worked has a helper in the workshop has a helper for 3years.

He turned as a good turner in the workshop. After 3 years he gave interview in Kirloskar company. In Kirloskar he was selected in the year 1979 has on basics of his skills he got the job.

In Kirloskar his first salary was 290rs, after working few months he became supervisor in Kirloskar.

After working some years in Kirloskar he resigned the job over there and joined other company in Bombay and worked over there. After this he thought about setting-up his own business.

And he started his own business/own products Jain Engineers he faced many problems and difficulties but he never turned back.
