He attempted the AGYAM exams, got a confirmation call in August of the same year, and received the results in September. Two months later, he cleared the interview received the necessary training in Mysore, and was appointed as Development Officer at Yadgiri’s Shahapur branch on Jan 1st, 2020 as the overseer of branches across that region in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

Under his guidance and vision, 78 people have been employed and they work relentlessly and tirelessly to ensure more people are provided job opportunities under LIC. At least 20 of these employees are earning, on average, one lakh rupees per month, and some of the agents have spread their influence nationwide.

Bandenawaz has guided his team with success on several occasions, and a prominent task they fulfilled was completing 17 Jeevan Utsav policies, pushing the team to be ranked first all over India. He was the topper in his zone and fifth nationwide selling 38 policies in Jeevan Utsav Sales while retaining over 24% of agents. He has also achieved a perfect score for retaining a 100% active team with 46 members.

 

LIC rose to the challenge and continued to maintain its position as the market leader by effectively competing with domestic private companies. It is recognized as one of the Fortune 500 companies across the globe and ranks among the top six life insurance companies worldwide. LIC holds the first position globally with the highest number of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) representatives, an esteemed recognition granted to the most successful business representatives. Despite a competitive environment, LIC has achieved such great heights.
