One of the key issues he observed during his career was the lack of professionalism and the prevalence of unethical practices in the consulting and construction sectors. In 2025, Basavaraj S Anadoor turned his vision into reality by establishing Sri Samruddhi Engineers & Cost Consultants in Bengaluru, Karnataka. What started as a one-man consulting initiative quickly evolved into a growing enterprise. Within just one and a half years, the company made a significant mark in the industry, transitioning from a consulting firm to a promising infrastructure development company.

Under his leadership, the company has completed two major projects: the Chaitanya Multi-Speciality Hospital and the Kamakya Residential Apartment, both located in the Kalburgi district of Karnataka. These projects stand as a testament to the company’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Currently, the company is actively working on three additional projects, including another hospital, a residential building in Kalburgi, and an apartment project in Bengaluru.

However, a turning point came through the encouragement and support of his wife, Mrs Jayashree. Her belief in his vision motivated him to push forward with determination. He adopted a strategic approach by focusing on select projects and emphasising fast execution combined with high-quality consulting and construction services. In addition to his entrepreneurial achievements, Basavaraj S Anadoor is also a member of the Indian Institution of Valuers, Delhi. His expertise extends across various domains, including building valuations, asset valuations, project approvals, complete consulting solutions, and comprehensive project management services.
