UP CM Yogi Adityanath has launched the Divya Ayodhya App . The app aims at making Ayodhya easy to navigate for devotees and tourists. The app facilities for hotel booking, vehicle booking, online parking booking, and navigation. This single platform caters to all your needs, from planning your stay to exploring hidden gems and experiencing Ayodhya’s cultural splendour, key landmarks, temples, monasteries, and historical sites with detailed descriptions and timetables.

The app will also help book e-cars and e-buses, track their route status and convenient boarding and deboarding. Users can also book homestays, hotels and tent cities through this app. It helps to connect people with locally trained tourist guides. Wheelchairs and golf carts for effortless sightseeing can also be booked.

The UP government  is identifying various locations on the outskirts of the city in order to introduce rural homestay options. People visiting Ayodhya can now rent a portion of a house in Daulatpur village for a unique farm stay experience. These rented houses are situated near Samda Lake and will offer activities ranging from tending cows and riding bullock carts, to exploring cottage industries.

By taking these initiatives the Adityanath-led government aims to increase the contribution in the local economy and promote sustainable tourism practices which will give a boost to the tourism industry. With the app, the government aims to combine technology with cultural experiences and highlight rural homestays. If the goal is achieved successfully, then it will transform the way tourists connect with the sacred city.
