In addition, the windows are designed with day light and vision panels letting in more natural light</font>

<font style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; background: transparent; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(51, 51, 51) !important; line-height: 20px !important;">Efficient HVAC design: This is the first building in India to implement a radiant panel-based cooling system. The equipment used is of high efficiency and with variable speed drives to minimize energy consumption.</font>

<font style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; background: transparent; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(51, 51, 51) !important; line-height: 20px !important;">Water efficiency: Efficient plumbing fixtures and the use of recycled wastewater has resulted in 71 percent less water consumption than LEED standards. A membrane bio-reactor (MBR) technology-based sewage treatment plant has been installed to treat wastewater, which is reused for flushing, landscaping, and in cooling towers.</font>

<font style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; background: transparent; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(51, 51, 51) !important; line-height: 20px !important;">Building automation: The use of building automation technologies is used to continuously monitor, manage, and optimize building operations and ensure efficient energy use.</font>
