Despite being born into a wealthy family, Santosh's life was turned upside down
when his father, Rajendra Manchala, who worked in the private financing and
chit fund sector in Peddapalli, lost Rs 80 lakh and had to sell all of their
assets to cover the losses. His father later opened a tiny convenience store at
home, complete with an STD booth.Suresh Manchala, his father's younger brother,
assisted him in enrolling in a two-month program in computer hardware
engineering. After that, in 2003, he put Rs 50,000 in Santosh's internet centre
(cyber café).However, because the firm did not succeed, it was closed down
after six months. Santosh had no choice but to work as an office
boy/storekeeper at Manoj Motors, a tractor showroom, at a monthly wage of Rs
1,500.
He took a job as a front office assistant at Airtel when the tractor showroom
closed and stayed there for six months. He thereafter worked as a data entry
operator for Rs 2,500 at the office of Varaprasad, a chartered accountant.
Varaprasad boosted Santosh's salary by Rs 500 every six months because he was a
quick learner.
Santosh enrolled in an open university's B.Com programme after Varaprasad
persuaded him to continue his study. He graduated in 2007.His salary had
climbed to Rs 5000 at this time, and he supplemented his income with computer
repair and service.

that he was a graduate. Santosh went to several job interviews in Hyderabad but
was not hired due to his poor communication abilities. He was urged to improve
his speaking abilities by a female HR official at a corporation. He returned to
Peddapalli and spent a year honing his English conversation abilities. His
father was a daily newspaper subscriber in England.
Santosh went to Hyderabad in 2008 and found work in a BPO, where he provided
customer service to overseas customers on computer hardware issues for a salary
of Rs 8,500.He resided at a hostel and sent Rs 5000 to his family every month.
He worked for the organisation for almost 18 months before quitting and
enrolling in Swami Vivekananda PG College's MBA (Finance) programme in
Secunderabad in 2010.Santosh worked part-time in a variety of places while
studying. He worked in a variety of places, including a catering company and a
grocery.

America, earning Rs 10,000 per month. He participated in a short-term course on
Oracle applications while working there, and it completely transformed his
life.As a software engineer, he joined AppLabs in 2013. He was promoted within a few
months, and his income increased from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 8.5 lakh per year.In 2014, he joined Triniti Corporation on a monthly salary of Rs 1.2 lakh, and
in October of the same year, he was offered an onsite job in San Diego,
California. He was offered an annual stipend of USD 85,000 for his time in the United

and started an IT consulting business, charging clients USD 100 per hour. He
worked in seven states while travelling around the United States.Journey of
Santosh from earning Rs 1500 to a 1 crore per annum through his
interview In September 2017, he was offered a position as a Business
Analyst at Weight Watchers in the United States, with a salary of USD 143K,
which translates to INR 1 crore, his highest income ever.
After a year on the job, Santosh began to feel extremely tired and was
frequently unwell. That's when he decided to join his own company's weight-loss
programme, Weight Watches. He collaborated closely with his coach because the
diet plans, which were originally designed for American cuisine, needed to be
adjusted for Indian cuisine. He was able to regain control of his health and
began to feel lighter and more energised.
He travelled to India for a three-month vacation in January 2020 but was unable
to return to the United States as planned because the Covid-related travel restrictions
took effect in March. As a result, he began working from home. It allowed him to
concentrate on his project, which he began in April of this year.
WellnessOn employs a total of 12 people in the kitchen and six in the corporate
office. The company just released its wellness snacks, which are available on
Amazon, Flipkart, and its website.

Hyderabad. Their goal is to help people change their lives by teaching them how
to eat well and live a healthy lifestyle.
