Champion PreFabs is part of Champions Group, PreFabs came into existence in the year 2005 by Subhakar Rao Surapaneni, Subhakar Rao is the brains behind the Champions Group, Champions Group is a conglomerate which has it’s foothold in sectors like big data, cloud services, entertainment, lifestyle and including but not limited to educational trusts. Subhakar Rao is a conscious Business leader, Mentor and a philanthropist, He also involves in social activities like the Green Run Marathon, Blood drives and even works as a coach, He is often seen speaking about the importance of compassion and empathy in Business, which in our experience is notable and noble. Subhakar Rao has authored “The Frontiers of Marketing”, this book is a wonderful guide to online and offline marketing strategies, techniques and explains the digital transformations with clarity.

PreFabs homes are designed in a Biophilic way, in an attempt bring back nature and it’s elements back into homes, Biophilic designs are much needed in the given time. The studies on biophilic homes showed that the designs have a positive influence to ones body, mind and biorhythms; these designs often minimize the use of recreation energies giving raise to the use and maximizing the use of the naturally available energies.</font>

Champions PreFabs homes have implemented green lifestyle in their designs, which encourages the home owners to be open to the idea of approaching a green lifestyle. The team constantly works on providing solutions which are smart, green and aesthetics, Team constantly works on completing their projects in a record time, all this while being environmentally friendly. Their team is made of proactive problem solvers who from India and Africa. They have successfully designed homes like, Wooden Structures, Wooden Aluminum Homes, PEBs, Steel structured Buildings, LGSFs, Container homes and provide smart solutions like Kiosks, PreFab Toilets and PreFab Tents.

Champions have on going projects in Hosur and Telangana. They have completed a number of projects out of which “The Puppy” or “The Dog” shaped residence caught the eye of almost every architect and design enthusiast in India.
