Padma Sri Awardee Prof M. K Sridhar is a Teacher, Trainer, Researcher, Institution Builder, Mentor, Policy Advocate, Social Activist, Academician………...what not? a very Enterprising person.

Once I asked Professor Sridhar Sir how he had achieved success. He said “Two things helped me – The Grace of my Gurus and we wishes of my Shishya Parampara”. Prof M K Sridhar invited to speak at various seminars conferences and training programs in India and all over the world. He met so many people who are interested in Indian management and Indian wisdom. Despite the differences between them with regard to age nationalities, designation and Industries and all those who participated in his workshops and chose to attend Sridhar’s Seminars felt a deep respect for Adhunika Chanakya.

Prof M K Sridhar is an expert in varied and specialized fields like management, Economics, Politics, Law, leadership, Governance, Welfare, Accounting systems and several others. As an Educational thinker he visualizes the concept of National Education Policy in India. He served as a draft committee member in National Education Policy under the chairmanship of Dr. Kasturi Rangan. Prof M K Shridhar’s intention is to build a nation and sound economics based on spiritual values. A visionary Teacher MKS as he is popularly known is always mentally alert and Intellectually smart. He is very careful when he speaks and of words he uses.

Prof M K Sridhar started his journey filled with Zeal to create history by continuously evolving and providing top quality Education. Prof M K S always says Education should be transformational and life changing for learners. Prof M K Sridhar believes in Intelligence management once this ability sharpens students intelligence then they are able to handle higher responsibilities.
