35-year-old Nikhil Kamat is the co-founder of India's largest Stock Brokerage Company Zerodha. According to a Forbes survey, Zerodha, a company jointly founded by brothers Nitin and Nikhil, is currently a renowned company with a valuation of 24788.50 crore rupees (3.45 Billion US Dollars). Now Nikhil Kamat has decided to donate more than 50% of his share of wealth.

Everyone is celebrating the decision of a proud Kannadiga who is going to spend most of his income for the good of the society with the dream of building society in the age of earning money, devoting time for fun and increasing the bank balance.

He is also credited with being India's youngest age and giving the most charity. Nikhil born on September 5, 1986 in Shimoga city, Nikhil Kamath's father Raghuram Kamath was an employee of Canara Bank. Mother Revathi Kamath is a renowned veena player and environmentalist. He dropped out of Oxford Senior Secondary School in JP Nagar, Bangalore while studying in class 10. Nikhil lacked interest in reading, but excelled only in

mathematics. Later he became more interested in playing chess. He started reselling old and used phones at the age of 14. But his mother, Revathi Kamat, told him not to do business at this young age. Later, he joined a call center at night with a salary of 8000/- per month, and in the morning he was doing stock market transactions. After a few days, he left the call center and started ‘Kamath Associates’ with his brother Nitin Kamath. After gaining a lot of experience, he started Zerodha in Bangalore in 2010. Now Zerodha has grown to become the No.1 Stock Broking Company in the country. He does not forget to say that his parents encouraged and helped him to grow to this level.

Nikhil Kamat, who has written a donation will to ‘The Giving Pledge community’, has said, "I may be young at this age but I am committed to making a positive impact on the world. This work of establishing an egalitarian society and inspiring people to live with its values is important." He said that he would like to use it.
