Icons of Indian Business proudly hosted the 21^st edition of Industry & Business Leadership Awards on the 3^rd of December, 2023, at the grand and glorious Taj Vivanta in Bangalore, the Silicon Valley of India. The award ceremony was hosted under the guidance of Mr. Srinivas Thimmegowda, The founder and Chief Editor of Icons of Indian Business, as an event to honour the hardworking and trail-blazing entrepreneurs, who overcome obstacles to contribute to our society’s every economic sector, improving the lives of those around them.

The program initiated with the glamorous and stunning ‘Fashion Show’ arranged and performed by “Anish Creations”. Blinding the viewers with their shiny cocktail and bodycon dresses, the models pulled a spectacular show as they dominated the ramp with their mesmerising looks. The high-intense and energetic remixes of Sean Paul and Shaggy’s ‘Get Down’ and Daddy Yankee’s ‘Gasolina’ only intensified the show, as each beat evenly matched with each step the models took, making the show even more memorable.

Post-fashion show, the energetic and evergreen voice of Aishwarya, the event’s MC led to the auspicious commencement of the event with the ‘lighting the lamp’ ceremony. The event was blessed with the presence of high-calibre and reputed individuals who have

contributed to our society like Shri B.C. Patil, Renowned Kannada Actor, Director, Producer, and Ex-Cabinet Minister of Karnataka; Shri C.K. Ramamurthy, MLA, Jayanagar Constituency, Bangalore; and Mr. Ramesh Chandra Lahoti, President, FKCCI (Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry).

In addition, Dr. V.G. Kiran Kumar, Director, Vishal Infrastructure Ltd. and Chairperson, International Coordination Committee; Mr. Ganesh Hegde, Global Tech Fortune Industries, Peenya, Bangalore; Dr. PVR Leelamohan, MBBS, MD (Internal Medicine) & MHA (Master of Hospital Administration), Consultant Physician & Internal Medicine; Vinod Srivatsav, CEO, Leather Creations; Rajeev Gupta, Founder,  Heera Associates; and Dr. Simha Shastry, BLA, COMPANY, have also graced us with their esteemed presence and each of these guests delivered gems of wisdom.

Ku. Sinchana Prabhakar, studying at 9^th standard in BGS Public School, Bangalore, is also a young and up-coming author, as she spearheaded the launch of her debut book, ‘Let’s Love To Hate’, which is an achievement that shall be followed with more success. Publishing a book on romance and its ups and downs is no joke, as love is a feeling most adults are attempting to decode, and she has performed a stellar job in delivering her POV with this exciting and refreshing tale.

These events were fun and refreshing starters for the esteemed guests, who otherwise usually spend their time with only hard work and plans of expansion into the new horizon. However, the main course a.k.a. The Award Ceremony boosted the excitement levels

of the already energetic guests, who were being recognized and felicitated for their hard work, determination, and resilience towards contributing to a better India. A delicious and refreshing spread of food from various parts of India awaited them post-award

ceremony, and they all gorged on with delight, filling their tummies with yummies and minds with peace. The event was an overall success, as it exceeded the guests’ expectations along with honoring their achievements with the deserved compliments and awards.
