Mr. Deepak M Nayak carries the experience of several decades in the business of tea including exporting, blending, packaging and distribution of high-quality flavored teas.  Previously Mr. Deepak M Nayak had served as an executive member in the business of tea for Parry Agro Industries Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Murugappa Group).

Mr. Deepak M Nayak visualized his dream to offer consumers teas that are handpicked, duly packed, and shipped right from premium tea estates. Back then, tea was controlled by a handful of big brands not adhering to the required quality standard, driven by a relentless desire to maximize profits and recoup their investment in the family tea companies that they acquired, thereby cutting costs and quality. With hard work, commitment to quality and grit, Mr. Deepak M Nayak offered tea that was affordable and superior through Aishwarya Tea Industries.  Started with 20 distributors across Karnataka,  Goa and Andhra Pradesh, and grown over 170 distributors in south India and Goa expanding overseas through exports.
