With investments in Healthyhey, Rey Naturals, and Intelligence, GlobalBees, a roll-up e-commerce firm, has launched three new entries to its house of brands. The firm offers a portfolio of products in home care, personal care, nutrition and wellness, health and sports supplement, and intelligent eyewear categories due to its investment accounts.
In India, eCommerce is still in its infancy. Healthy, Rey Naturals, and
Intellilens all have a strong development trajectory and a proven business
plan, and they see a huge opportunity in numerous consumer sectors. They plan
to collaborate closely with the founders to establish these companies as
household names around the world. Healthy Nutrition was founded in 2016 by Rishi Modi and produces nutritional
supplements, sports nutrition, and food supplements for people of all ages. The
firm has over 3 lakh clients owing to its more than 250 variations of
high-quality vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, herbal extracts,
proteins, and collagen-based supplements.
Anish Nagpal and Amit Purswani started the Ahmedabad-based firm Rey Naturals in
2017. It's a one-stop shop for all pure and natural hair products, including
cold-pressed oils made from nuts and seeds, as well as essential oils made from
plants, flowers, fruits, and roots.
Non-toxic, chemical-free, and cruelty-free items are available from the company.
Rey Naturals has a consumer base of over 10 lakh people, and the brand aims to
deliver items that address hair problems utilizing traditional therapies.
Intelligent, a Mumbai-based eyewear business started by Robin Lobo in 2018,
promises to improve a digital-first generation's visual experience with
scientifically developed, technology-enabled, and fashion-focused eyewear
products. Over 2 lakh people have utilized the brand's goods to shield themselves from
hazardous UV radiation emitted by smartphones, laptops, and other digital
gadgets. The founders and teams behind the three brands Healthyhey, Rey Naturals, and
Intellilens will all join the GlobalBees family. The Better Home, andMe, Prolixr, Absorbia, Yellow Chimes, and the three new
arrivals are now part of the GlobalBees family.
GlobalBees intends to spend in 100 brands throughout verticals, notably
fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), sports, home organization, and leisure, over
the next three years. In July 2021, the firm raised $150 million in a Series A round-headed by
FirstCry and other investors, which included a mix of equity and debt.
Marketing, technology, supply chain and logistics, product innovation, and
other areas have all produced assets and skills for the organization.
